The Stapleton bed is a sleigh bed having a classic design for a contemporary age. The 45⅛” headboard and the 32½” footboard

stand imperially at the ends of the bed with scrolled edges at the tops. A metal casting appears at each end of this wooden

”scroll” while a delicate decorative strip rests underneath. It is definitely a formal look, reminiscent of the Empire or

Neoclassical eras. The Stapleton comes in two finishes, Mahogany and Honey Maple. Either lovely finish would be well suited to

a traditionally or casually decorated room.
